美安的等滲鈣, 空腹服用效果最好
坊間所賣的鈣, 大都是錠劑, 吃進人體後, 需要40分鐘到4個小時才能被人體吸收. 而吸收利用率將因產品品質及人體的腸胃吸收能力而有很大的差異. 這種鈣劑不適合空腹服用,最好與進食同時進行或晚上臨睡前服用。

西洋菜湯
食材: 西洋菜葉 450克 , 蒜頭6瓣, 洋蔥1個, 馬鈴薯1個, 鮮奶油4大匙, 麵包丁適量
調味料: 橄欖油2大匙, 奶油, 蔬菜高湯750c c, 鹽及黑胡椒適量, 帕馬森起司粉 4大匙
1. 西洋菜葉洗淨後放入滾水中汆燙約3分鐘, 撈起浸泡於冰水中, 待涼後瀝乾備用.
2. 平底鍋加入橄欖油, 奶油, 再加入蒜, 洋蔥碎片, 馬鈴薯丁, 以大火炒約5分鐘.
3. 加入蔬菜高湯, 鹽及黑胡椒及鮮奶油, 以小火煮約15分鐘.
4. 將燙熟的西洋菜及蔬菜湯一起加入果汁機中打成泥狀.
5. 將濃湯分盛於容器, 撒上起司粉及麵包丁即可食用.
核桃酪梨茴香沙拉
食材: 酪梨3個, 茴香頭1個, 小黃瓜1條, 核桃100克
優格醬汁: 原味優格150克 , 檸檬汁2大匙, 橄欖油1大匙, 紅椒粉1小匙, 巴西里1小匙, 鹽及白胡椒適量
1. 茴香頭及小黃瓜洗淨切片, 巴西里切末.
2. 酪梨洗淨, 去皮, 切成厚片
3. 將優格醬汁材料放入調理盆中, 以撹拌器拌勻, 即為優格醬汁
4. 將酪梨, 茴香頭, 小黃瓜及優格醬汁放入調理盆, 用湯匙撹拌均勻, 放入冰箱冷藏2~3小時
5. 盛盤後撒上核桃即可食用.
鮭魚蘆筍義大利麵
食材: 蝴蝶麵200公克, 鮭魚片250公克, 大蒜2瓣, 紅蔥頭2個, 洋蔥1個, 奶油白醬80克 , 鹽及黑胡椒少許, 巴西里5葉, 黃甜椒1個, 蘆筍10支, 橄欖油少許.
1. 煮一鍋滾水加入1小匙鹽,再加入蝴蝶麵煮10~12分鐘(依包裝標示),期間不斷地攪動以避免沾鍋。撈起後以少量橄欖油攪拌以免全部沾粘成一球.

洋蔥 1個, 紅蘿蔔 2根, 西洋芹 4支, 高麗菜 100克 , 蕃茄 2個, 白酒 150c c, 百里香葉 2支, 月桂葉 2片, 黑胡椒 6粒, 黃砂糖 1大匙, 橄欖油 2大匙, 鹽 1小匙, 水 2000 cc
1. 將所有新鮮的蔬菜洗淨瀝乾後, 全部切成塊狀.
2. 平底鍋中放入橄欖油2大匙, 加入洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔, 西洋芹, 高麗菜, 蕃茄與白酒一起炒約10分鐘至香.
3. 加入百里香葉, 月桂葉, 黑胡椒, 黃砂糖, 鹽及水, 大火煮至滾沸後, 以小火續煮約1小時.
4. 以濾網過濾後即為蔬菜高湯, 若一次熬煮大量可冷藏備用
